IIRC, there were rumours that there might be evictions at any time of the day for last year's series, but it never happened. Evictions are a big thing when it comes to BB, so they'd have to be shown live and they wouldn't get as many viewers if their live eviction was during the day.

I could see them maybe evicting someone early in the morning, or at noon, or something - but then simply keeping said housemate seperate from the house and from the outside world in a bedsit... before actually kicking them out to the crowd live later in the day. It'd be really naff, but I guess that's one way they could do it. So the housemates all think X has been evicted at 6am, and they technically have from the main house, but said evicted housemate doesn't actually leave BB to face the public and Emma til normal eviction time.
