It's a complete disaster' – Steven Goode reveals that he and Kimberly Kisselovich may have have to separate over visa refusal

Big Brother lovebirds only tied the knot last month but application for new visa has been denied by the authorities

STEVEN Goode and Kimberly Kisselovich have only been married a matter of weeks, but now they may be facing separation, after Kimberly was told by authorities that she must return to the US.

The former Playboy model, who got together with Steven during last year's Big Brother, has been in the United Kingdom on a visa linked to her ex-boyfriend Sasha Freemind, and asked to leave.

And despite Steven making a fresh application for his 23-year-old new wife to remain – and spending thousands of pounds in legal fees – it looks as though Kimberly may still have to pack her bags.

The 23-year-old entrepreneur told the Daily Star: "We made an application for Kimberly to have permanent residency in the UK.

"Her previous visa was linked to her ex-partner, due to the fact their relationship had ceased, her visa became invalid. Hence our new application.

"Now it has been rejected for what we perceive as no apparent reason."

Steve added that it would be a "complete disaster" if the pair were forced to live apart, as Steve's business interests prevent him from moving to the US.

He explained: "It basically splits us for up for what could be many months of court battling."

Clearly emotional about the situation, he added: "Let me ask this, do you think it's fair a white America woman, who has a full-time job, is married to a UK citizen and investing money in a property in this country, is denied the right to live and work here?

"Would you choose Kim or an asylum seeker who is coming to ponce a council flat and handouts?"

The couple are appealing the decision.

Well in answer to the question I would chose an asylum seeker who desperately needs us to help them when they are in trouble possibly a torture victim or fleeing from a regime that threatens their life. But what do I know perhaps we should be keener to keep people like Kimberley ? tell me again how she makes the country better ? I seem to have forgotten !

I'd suggest taking him with you, Kimberly but US immigration aren't that crazy.

I find the fact they made a big deal about her not just being a pretty face and having a law degree funny considering she broke the law on a few occasions. It's not simply the Immigration Dept picking on her. She obviously lied on her initial visa in 2014 that she had with her ex making it seem more than it was ie engagement or marriage. She applied for that in March just a few months before she entered the big brother house and she made out like they broke up before they went in? Just a few months before telling the UK Immigration she was in a seriously relationship with this guy? She used her ex to stay in the country.

She has also been working here illegally since Dec when she applied for a visa change. You legally can't work here without a residency visa. I know because I wasn't able to work until I had mine.

The reason she was always so sheepish in the BB house now comes to light, it wasn't so much she was worried about her ex.. she was most likely worried about getting deported. For someone who claims to be intelligent & a lawyer she doesn't appear to have done herself any favours.

He can just go to the States with as a tourist for a few months (assuming he's too lazy to get a Green Card) and this'll be settled by lawyers asap...

If that's a true quote I'm shocked even he used the fact she's white as part of the reason she should be allowed to stay

I doubt this will be resolved quickly. You have to jump through hoops on both sides to get visas. US will see the deportation from UK and that will be a black mark alone. I see them splitting. I don't actually think she has ever been into him as much as portrayed. She used her ex to live here and she needed a quick alternative when she messed that up in the BB house with Steven.

I've never been a fan but he totally lost by mentioning her colour.

UKIP supporter Steven channelling Farage with his 'white' comment.
Also, Kimbot has to go back to the US, cause her visa is linked to the ex, and then Steven has to apply for a spousal visa from the UK.
He has to provide evidence that he earns over £18,500 pounds a year, and that he has sufficient savings in his bank account, and is responsible enough to provide for his wife. He also has to provide evidence he has a place to live, that his wife can co-habit.
If Kimbot gets pregnant, he has to earn alot more.
Serves him right for being anti-immigration...or is that just non-white immigrants he doesn't like?

I did say when they got together she was only doing it for a UK Visa (Why not get a Mastercard if a Visa is so hard?) and I still think that is true and when I said it I was a fan of hers in fact she was my favourite.

Yes. And by begrudging desperate people a place of safety.

Are we sure those quotes are from him? Could it be some sort of spoof?

Grand, let him do one to America with her and then the faint air of desperation and wannabe celebrity status in this country will lighten up just a little bit more

By the way...I choose Asylum Seekers who may genuinely be in desperate need over wastes of space like that anyday.

The quote was from an interview with the Daily Star so who knows:

Warning: Article contains pictures of Steverly kissing which some forum members may find disturbing and also a gratuitous boob shot (Kimberly's not Steven's thank goodness) near the very end of the article

I don't understand. Did she violate the terms of her previous visa or something? Plenty of people are in the UK on spousal visas.

or I guess the Home Office isn't a fan of Steven

As a Brit living in the US on my husband's visa, I'd have been absolutely mortified if they'd not allowed it and we had to separate. Some of you people are so damned nasty.

I think the nasty comments are mostly in response to Steven apparently implying that white people are more desirable than black people as UK residents, and that Kimberley's need is greater than people seeking asylum, rather than them being separated.
