If you don't follow the rules you should go home. We have enough of them in this country.

Gosh, what a ridiculous thing to say!

And in answer to his question, yes i would rather an asylum seeker who needed our help. I don't even know where to begin with the comment about her colour!

The couple are appealing the decision.”

Wow I was indifferent to Steven and if anything enjoyed his nuttiness but having seen this I am absolutely disgusted with the man. If this is his attitude I can only assume Kimberley is on a par or at least tolerant of it and therefore I'm pleased she is being asked to leave the country.

We are nasty but racist Steven is what

I'm assuming your husband didn't use racism by way of defending your right to stay in the US. I'd hope that if he had you'd have been as disgusted with him as most on here are of Steven using it.

I quite liked Kimberley on the show but she is hardly a desperate asylum seeker. Still if her husband hadn't used racism in order to back up her case to stay here, personally I'd have been happy for her to do so.

Big Brother lovebirds only tied the knot last month but application for new visa has been denied by the authorities

STEVEN Goode and Kimberly Kisselovich have only been married a matter of weeks, but now they may be facing separation, after Kimberly was told by authorities that she must return to the US.

The former Playboy model, who got together with Steven during last year's Big Brother, has been in the United Kingdom on a visa linked to her ex-boyfriend Sasha Freemind, and asked to leave.

And despite Steven making a fresh application for his 23-year-old new wife to remain – and spending thousands of pounds in legal fees – it looks as though Kimberly may still have to pack her bags.

The 23-year-old entrepreneur told the Daily Star: "We made an application for Kimberly to have permanent residency in the UK.

"Her previous visa was linked to her ex-partner, due to the fact their relationship had ceased, her visa became invalid. Hence our new application.

"Now it has been rejected for what we perceive as no apparent reason."

Steve added that it would be a "complete disaster" if the pair were forced to live apart, as Steve's business interests prevent him from moving to the US.

He explained: "It basically splits us for up for what could be many months of court battling."

Wonder if that is why they got married thinking it would save her.

Plus we know Steven is the type who thought he could buy his way out of this.

She came here on a visa linked to her previous relationship. Don't know all the ins and outs but should she have returned home when she split with her ex?

Anyway, its that time of year isn't it, recent ex housemates try to get a big of exposure before the new series. It is their last chance really.

Get their names in the tabs in the hope of being invited onto BOTS

They'll be a few from last year and the usual suspects from series past such as Liam, Nikki, Luke A. Luke "Mr Hundwed Gwand" Marsden and Brianiac

Why on Earth would they want to make her deportation notice public? Can't they keep ANYTHING private? Note the bit that says Steven has 2 years of unaudited accounts - dear oh dear Mr Highflying Businessman!

They've known about the deportation threat for months so they should have sorted it out properly before they got married. Even if that meant Kimberley had to return to the USA and apply from there. If their love was real they'd cope with waiting however long it took.

I'm sure that a few of the nasty comments were made, irrespective of whether he'd made those allegedly racist comments and because he was such an insufferable cockwomble last year, this year and probably next year too.

What an arrogant git!
Her visa is hardly being refused for no apparent reason......it's because she lied, you ignorant eejit!

And yes, I would actually prefer someone who is in need of real assistance & help to live in the UK, (black or white), to your wife, who you both clearly consider to be far more worthy of UK status than anyone else!

She applied for that in March just a few months before she entered the big brother house and she made out like they broke up before they went in? Just a few months before telling the UK Immigration she was in a seriously relationship with this guy? She used her ex to stay in the country.

She has also been working here illegally since Dec when she applied for a visa change. You legally can't work here without a residency visa. I know because I wasn't able to work until I had mine.

The reason she was always so sheepish in the BB house now comes to light, it wasn't so much she was worried about her ex.. she was most likely worried about getting deported. For someone who claims to be intelligent & a lawyer she doesn't appear to have done herself any favours.”

They just don't get that the fact she lied on her application, & that & that alone has caused her to be in the situation she now finds herself in. Why is her presence better than the asylum seekers he speaks of so disparagingly.........she's working illegally in the UK, she's lied on her visa status. It's a no brainer to me.

A white American Women? - So she isn't even an EU citizen...or in fear for her life.

A full time job? - Hope it's a skilled one that couldn't be filled by a Brit due to shortages of trained people....otherwise she's stealing one of our jobs.

Investing in property? You mean someone who isn't a British citizen is buying British property, meaning less for British citizens..meaning she's contributing to a further increase in house prices and making it harder for young Brits to get on the property ladder.

...that's what UKIP Steven would likely be saying about any other immigrant....strange how things suddenly change if you happen to be shagging said immigrant.

People can say the comments here are nasty but the facts are - the two of them went on a reality show putting themselves on display. When they got out they sold story after story and continue to do so. They continually tweet about their life. These are are not two innocent people that are getting a raw deal by the gov't and getting trolled by the British public.

If you don't want your life or actions scrutinized don't sell it. I would have felt more sympathy for the two of them if they had humbled themselves & stopped taking the act of entitlement route.

I can't help thinking they have orchestrated all this to garner publicity.

Very true. people are bound to comment on him being an almighty tit, but that doesn't mean anyone begrudges married couples in general being able to live together here.

What is nasty is shagging another fella on national TV while your boyfriend's watching.
Nasty is parading around with a fake baby bump when you've 'allegedly' just suffered an ectopic pregnancy.
Nasty is all the insults and abuse and false accusations thrown about in the press and twitter about fellow housemates who have done no wrong to them.
Nasty is not only thinking but verbalising that one's fortunate wife is more entitled and deserving than less whiter characters who are seeking asylum from war torn countries.
Finally .... nasty is the memory of that oaf constantly talking with his mouth full of ham sandwich !!!!

A few little jokes about his wifey's deportation pales in to insignificance really doesn't it?
