She won't be deported any time soon. Her visa application was rejected so right now she has the right to appeal it. If it stands then they will issue an intent to deport which again they can appeal. She's probably got at least 6 months here unless it gets fast tracked.
Is Kimberly being deported because Steven can't prove he earns more than £18,600?! "Under the new family migration policy only British citizens, or those with refugee status, who earn at least £18,600 a year can sponsor their non-European spouse's visa."

I also have a vague recollection of a post BB photo of Helen with her hand on Kimberley's tummy in reference to the whole baby thing which seemed most odd to me at the time in light of what had allegedly occurred.
