Hi, everyone! I've been away for the past few months because I've been so busy with RL. I've been lurking on the thread, but I haven't had much time to post.

I watched a couple recent episodes of Hollyoaks, and it's gotten even worse, if that's possible! The sweet relationship between Robbie and his twin brother was one of the very few things I still liked about the show, but now they've managed to eff that up as well! I know they wanted a big, shocking OMG moment, but it's extremely OOC for Robbie to leave his twin brother to die, and snog and try to steal his girlfriend. Not that the writers care about characterization anymore...

I know you're a fan of Robbie/Charlie, so that must have been hard for you! It sounds like a rehash of Joe and Freddie.

Everything that they do on Hollyoaks is a rehash nowadays. It basically is the Joe/Freddie storyline all over again, except worse because Charlie Wernham is a better actor than Charlie Clapham, so I just want him to either be free from Hollyoaks or for BK to leave, and for a better producer to step in.

There's no loyalty at all in that family. They're just the male version of the McQueens with all their cheating and lying. I'm pleased that at least Robbie and Nancy aren't getting together (yet.) I was sure they'd go there.
