I just saw a trailer for a wildlife documentary and it used that Johnny Cash song 'God's gonna cut you down' which was playing when Brendan was sulking in the club and Ste came in wondering why he hadn't come home last night and Brendan told him not to interrupt The Man and Ste didn't know what he meant and Brendan said it's Johnny Cash, sang a lot of songs about murdering your lover, and Ste said I'm a Cheryl Cole man, me, and then they had a row, and then Brendan hired Kevin.
I love that Brendan loved Johnny Cash. Hollyoaks put so much more thought into such details in those days. Granted, working with Emmett gave them so much more scope. I miss Brendan.

All of his little quirks and interests were so brilliant. Johnny Cash was so well suited to Brendan.

And who ever could have guessed in 2010 that Brendan would desperately want Ste to tell Amy that they were in love and together? He came so far
I like to think that it's a signature Ste dance move. Kieron did it in the backstage Kimmett video too
