75 mins King v Maguire 2009 is the longest at the Crucible....
This has beaten that.

Not quite! The record survives by just under half a minute

Gutted. All that and they didn't even break the record!

Couldn't Marco had played on for snookers?

Apparently now they're saying it is the longest - including the toilet break 76mins 11 secs!

Yep just read that! Bet it was the first time they've ever had to have a deliberation about a toilet break!

Its definitely hard going this semi. I don't expect this evening to improve especially has they get closer to the end.

The refs do well in matches like that don’t they ? They don’t slip out the arena after most frames.

I hope Virgo swearing is enough for the Beeb to give him the elbow.

The worse thing about that is the fact it was on recorded action so it could have been edited out before broadcast

Gutting for Alan to lose the first frame because of that kick just when he needed a good start for the session. Ok, you could say he should have made more of his chance before, but still really unlucky.

John Virgo said to be “embarrassed and apologetic” after he was heard swearing on BBC One during the Fu-Selby marathon frame according to press officials.

Virgo spent too much time with Davidson, he's a disgrace and should be fired immediately.

As for this game, this could quite easily overrun into the final session timeslot.

Only wish Taylor could keep his mouth shut for five seconds instead of giving us a running commentary.

Been very impressed with ding's attitude. We know his temperament has been suspect in this past in this tournament he's been fantastic.
