Oh wow. Not sure I've ever seen a player slam his hand against the table like that before. Must be the tension.

Calm down Selby, no need to go assaulting the table.
I know but did you see that kick, I thought the ball was going to jump off the table

Got the impression he was covering for Dennis?
Yes - only while he was in Hospital

Remember he pulled out of two tournaments preceding the worlds citing 'personal reasons'. He's seemed very stressed out throughout the tournament, much more demonstrative than usual. So if he makes the final when in my opinion mentally he's not 100%, then that's a phenomenal achievement.

There is a possiblity that Mark Selby could win the World Championship and Leicester City win the title on Monday, if Chelsea beats Tottenham

Selby has certainly had the worst of the luck in this match! He does seem more on edge than I've seen him before. It's good to see some sort of evidence that he's human, unlike some players!

Oh I didn't realise that. Fair enough. We give Ronnie the benefit of consideration in that scenario so I'll do the same with Mark.

Why do some players suffer with more kicks than other players

I think Marco Fu is looking a bit drained, as the last couple of frames he has been making mistakes

I cant believe Dennis Taylor saying, That will do, after Selby put the white ball in the pocket when he was trying to get out of a safety shot

I love frames like this when so much is at stake and the overall game is close.

Whilst it initially sounded like a mistake what he meant was it didn't matter that the white went in off because that put the white back up at the other end of the table and effectively snookered Marco... rather than leaving the white near the reds.

It'll be time for TC's once a year ( although it's been more this year ) post that statistically it hasn't made a difference and it hasn't spoilt the final

I bet Ding would want Marco in the final, as there wont be as much pressure on him to win the World title

Give over. He's played some wonderful and dramatic snooker. If this has sent you to sleep then snooker isn't for you.

So glad he hit that there. Would have been a cruel way to virtually lose
