I'm at the crucible for a quarter final session next year (10am) ... how long do they last? I'm trying to work out my travel arrangements in advance. Looked on the ticket but it's not clear.

Good for Marco to get one back in the honesty bank after the unfortunate touch foul incident in last season's world semi 👍🏻

Hard to say - about three hours perhaps

What is Ronnie doing here? missing pots and just hitting the blue for the sake of it.

Fu pot success at 94% and Ronnie just 79% but the latter winning 3-1! Only one stat that matters at the end of the day.

What is the red three digit digital number underneath the table next to where the triangle would go?

The table heaters. They used to be set to 50.0°C but this week they've been set to 40.0°C.

Anyone know what Marco Fu is drinking?

Fruit juice, Lucozade?

It isn't plain water.

Looks like Ronnies going out here.

Completely agree.
He is a superb role model for the game.

Talk about throwing a match away, some poor snookers giving Fu so many chances, looks done now.

Incredible turnaround from Marco Fu! Didn't give him much of a chance from 3-1 and 4-2 down as Ronnie is such a great front runner as we know.

Can he finish the job?

Wonder if anyone put a bet on Marco making the UK final. Looking like it..................

Marco should have won this by now. That huge kick and the miss on the green. Could prove to be fatal. Decider it is!

The rocket pulled it off in the end but will have to play better tomorrow you would think

Didn't see this coming to be fair, Ronnie looked down and out the way he was leaving Fu in.

Classy last frame no pressure? get in Ronnie

Typical of Ronnie O'Sullivan really. Kept missing easy balls all match then makes a 130 break in the decider.

As JSemple3 said, he'll have to play better tomorrow. Even though Selby hasn't played his best this week either, he'll be odds on favourite to win playing his 'b' game.

Can't help but feel for Marco, he played so well in a thrilling night's entertainment. But what conkers by the Rocket in the decider, and that pack split from the wrong side of the blue was sublime.

His image is more of a matchplayer like Higgins, than perhaps the flamboyance of O'Sullivan and Trump. I don't think the wider audience appreciate the skills involved in grinding out wins by tying an opponent in tactical knots as much as big breaks etc.

So unlucky for Marco but Ronnie clicking into gear just the right time. The change in Ronnie Temperament wise is remarkable and that's clearly down to steve peters, if only Ronnie had met him years ago. Even in his interview, he's cut out the negativity. Obviously Selby will be favourite but we know if Ronnie turns it on, he'll give Selby a good game but either way It should be a great game. And I agree Selby is a fantastic ambassador for the game. He reminds me a lot of Davis and I think it will only be after he's retired that people will look back and realise just how good it was.

It's all a bit lazy to just describe Selby as a grinder anyway. I've seen plenty of his matches where he's raced to a 4-0 lead at the interval with a string of one visit 70+ breaks or rattled off three frames in quick succession going (say) ton, eighty, ton. He's a very fluent break maker as well as a great tactician, doesnt mess about when at the business end of the table. That side of his game often gets overlooked, conveniently.

I think in the past Selby made it hard for himself when he'd go really negative or at least he used to, not so much lately.
