Very mature interview from Judd. Sounds like he's finally realised where the priorities need to be.

Wonderful match. Both players performed so well.

Great afternoon.

Ronnie and Trump final I would love to see.

I just hope they don't check browsing history 😬

It has been in the afternoons, most evenings have been too one sided though.

I was thinking this after his interview the other day. I wonder if he's got rid of the hangers on who dragged him, and his image, down.

Typical. The evening games have been the only sessions I've been able to watch due to work.

Looks like I missed a real classic this afternoon. Six centuries in 11 frames is an incredible standard.

It's possible. He always denied his off the table life style was harming his game but it appears judging from this afternoons interview that he's had a change of heart regarding that and he's now decided to focus on practice above all else. And that's great news because we'll get to discover what his true potential is.. rather than considering him a "what if" player. So I applaud him. I hope he can find success.

He said the other day he'd rather stay in and practice now rather than going out. And, as you say, he seems a nicer person now too. Smiling more and not a surly character

Stuart Bingham 5-2 up on John Higgins. Looks like I'm going to get all four quarter finals wrong on my predictor!

Could be a Ronnie v Judd final.
On the other hand, it could be Bingham v Hawkins final!

Still lots to play for.

So long as it's not the 2 egg look-a-likes (Bingham/Hawkins) I don't mind.

I thought Ken Doherty was a bit out of order when talking about the "general fitness" of John Higgins, OK so John is a bit chubby but he's not exactly Bill Werbeniuk, oh & being svelte hasn't exactly done Ken's career much good has it.....

I think when Ken Doherty said John Higgins needs to be fitter he did meant it to be personal he just thought that when you get older you need to look after yourself a bit better if you want to maintain your high standards Ronnie O Sullivan is still playing great because he keeps himself fit by doing marathons so thats why he does not get tired playing the long matches and also not playing as many matches in a season means he is more fresh for the important tournaments

You mean tournaments like the UK Championship? That's a pretty important tournament!

Anyway, good win for Bingham.

What a start from Barry Hawkins. 130 total clearance followed by a 128 to the black!

Surely this is enjoyable to watch no matter who's producing it? I know that sadly won't be the case though.

That shot Davis is demonstrating is like an illusion, but yet one is so much harder.

Another example of Judd's maturity putting the frame before the max there...

I think I may have to retire soon. They're not making it easy for me with all these centuries!

I thought Trump would easily beat Hawkins today but this is probably the toughest match he has had this week

Well played Barry Hawkins! Very disappointing for Judd after his heroics yesterday, and he played well again today, but ultimately on the day Bazza was just that little bit better...

Yes, Barry Hawkins did get through.... and fully deserved too.

He played brilliantly well today and I, as a snooker fan, enjoyed watching him play.
