How many times do the commentators think that 'knocked 3 times but knew the password' is amusing/clever when a pot wobbles before going in?
Fed up of hearing it - apart from anything else, it doesn't even make sense as a sentence anyway....if you knew the password, you wouldn't need to knock at all in the first place? ![]() |

Perry Mans at the Masters in 1979 👍🏻
Stephen Hendry is the youngest player to win a match at the Crucible, So whoever got these two questions right really knows their snooker |

The fact is the ball should never go in after wobbling that many times. These pockets are absolutely ****ing massive.

I don't know about anyone else but John Virgo and Peter Ebdon are ruining watching the snooker tonight for me with their constant talking.
It was a pleasure this morning to watch the Trump vs Ding match as Terry Griffiths and Stephen Hendry were commentating. They of course discussed shots and decisions, but they allowed us to watch the actual snooker only commenting when it was needed. Virgo and Ebdon this evening are just talking incessantly, sometimes even during the shots being played. My TV sound is off for me at the mo to escape the chatter which is disappointing - I don't have Eurosport so cant choose their commentary unfortunately. |

David Hendon and Dominic Dale a good commentating due on Eurosport just now on the ding trump game.
Although I suspect he might have reading this thread earlier re his comments about China trying to get the world championship if ding were to ever win it |

Joking aside I hope Kyren Wilson wins as that will get him in the top 16 and will be refreshing to see a younger player breaking into that. There hasn't been many that have done that in recent times.

Think both Judd and Ding are struggling somewhat tonight - admittedly unlike this morning on the bad table, Table One. Gone is the more fluent snooker of this morning and it's certainly a lot more tense in a fair few of the frames.
Judd's rest play is costing him at the moment, especially the missed yellow in frame thirteen. He needs to come out of this 9-7 to have any chance. Ding will be happy to share the session and go 10-6 up I reckon. |

Looks like it will be 9-5. You have to think Judd needs the next 2 to take it to 9-7 overnight and have a sniff of a chance. Any further behind and he's heading out

We have said a few times in the past how Trump should have won more than he has. He had been touted as the next thing. How much of that is down to his attitude ? Can be very surly and petulant

Blimey Allen had Wilson at the snookers required stage at one point but Wilson eventually wins on the black for a near unassailable 11-5 overnight lead.

Seeing Higgins, Mcmanus & Williams going so well makes me wonder if Stephen Hendry could still have been in with a shout if he had been prepared to still give the game his all? |

I don't know why he though he needed to call Dominic Dale "clueless" just because he had an opinion. Not sure if it's arrogance or not but there is something about him
Seeing Higgins, Mcmanus & Williams going so well makes me wonder if Stephen Hendry could still have been in with a shout if he had been prepared to still give the game his all? what made that worse for me was that Dominic never tagged or tweeted him so Judd must have searched to see who was talking about him. Any player with a good temperament should not be doing that during an interval. |

Now its as good as match over. Might not be much snooker tomorrow afternoon... which I would be fairly happy about as I'm back at work tomorrow! |

Judd seems like he lacks in the upstairs department to me.
He's lost all composure, focus and his decision making is way off. |
