They should pick a prominent word from the song and put I Got You in parenthesis. It's going to be too confusing.

You're all acting like the first I Got You was a huge hit and everyone remembers it. They don't.

"The Rain (I Got You)" was exactly what I was thinking!

But when you search it, the original will come up and people are going to get confused by it.
