Probably thats why some stations wont even try to play it..song is already out, no point in 'classic' 4 weeks built up to digital release approach and also no point in playing it because people showed they are not here for it...
Price Tag by Juicy J was on air/on sale? It started strong on itunes and thats why stations started to play it a lot...
I didn't know it was illegal in the UK, but in Spain the discographies pay the radio stations to play the songs that they want.

Nothing is a sure thing anymore . Britney's Pretty girls was predicted to be the song of the summer and it's flopping hard in the Usa . It even had payola try and help radio airplay but it didn't work.
