I've seen a lot of tweets saying 'Who are these people? They're not famous' and are shocked when told this is normal BB. So does Ch5 need to do billboards to remind people about regular BB? I think a lot of people only know about CBB.

I also don't like the need to insert the word civillian either, once upon big brother meant the regular one and the celeb one was just an after thought
I think they got confused because all of these people are connected to the media in some way or another, I don't think there is one 'ordinary' person in the house actually. They all have some claim to fame no matter how little.
Civilian Big Brother is a pile of shit since it moved to Channel 5 anyway so the less people know about it the better.

I think it was better when there was a live feed that you could watch almost any time of the day or night.
I wonder if they'll bring that back?

I've come across quite a few people who say things like "Oh... is that still going? I thought it closed down a few years back."

It's the plastic media whores that have put off so many of the original regular audience. I didn't watch the dreaded Helen one past the first episode, and won't bother with this one. I do watch CBB though.

I think that's quite a common view. A lot of people think it ended after the C4 years and that it's only CBB left now

Agreed. Not many people watch Ch5 in the summer. I think after January, that's all people tune in for until the next January.

IMO CBB has been better on Ch5. BB14 was fantastic in my eyes too. BB15 just ruined everything.
