I've had my Hudl2 for a month or so now , and am generally pleased with the performance, and it does all I need it do.
Going away for a few days at the weekend, so was going to put some video's to watch on it. Got a couple of films on, by converting the files with Freemake to an Android MP4 file and they seem to work fine.
Tried a couple more, and neither the default video player nor VLC will entertain them. They either freeze after a couple of seconds or don't start at all and come up with a error message. Very frustrating.
I've even tried a couple in their default MP4 state, as downloaded, but to no avail.
As I said, I've used Freemake to convert the files, then drag and drop to the SD card.
What am I missing?
