Last year I lost interest rather quickly, and from the sounds of it it was not a good season so I didn't miss out on much. But this year, I'm actually really quite excited. I think it's down to these reasons:

1. How good the January series was has kept my interest up
2. First civilian series with Viacom and the new Creative Director, so things will certainly be changing
3. Having read the bios of the housemates going in already, I actually find myself now eager to see what they're like in person

Anyone else feeling relatively hyped for this series but can't put their finger on exactly why?

I feel the opposite. Releasing the information on the housemates has spoilt the build up and excitement.

I agree look at this forum it is ever this busy before the launch?

We are already talking about them and I think it will be interesting to see if what we think of them from looks alone and a bit of info from
interviwes matches up to what they are like.

As for the interviews I have already changed my mind on one of them becsuse of that

It's been much busier than this pre launch especially in the dying days of the Channel 4 run when you couldn't move for thread after thread even before launch

Once launch kicks off later THAT'S when to start worrying about how long it will be before the server crashes under the weight when the people who know it's on come piling in

That was C4 days that is like comparing Wrestlemaina to December to Dismember.

I always look forward to the show, i haven't looked at the info on the HM's and don't plan too. I don't want to know anything about them until the show starts.
