At the moment no one has picked it up but hopefully we'll see it soon. A 2nd season on the cards might tempt someone.

I've watched the first two episodes. I might give it another go.

I watched the series online and quite enjoyed it, but phil is such a dick...its the kind of humour you have to a through your fingers because you are cringing at him so much.

The Last Man On Earth is finally here! Starts tonight on Dave at 9pm with a double bill.
For some reason i thought it was 6eps long but it's actually 13. Looking forward to seeing what January Jones is doing these days now that Mad Men is over. I see it's been renewed for season 2 as well so the show must be good, i hope. Will watch it later tonight hopefully and see what i think. |

So what did you think...?
![]() When they added Carol to Ep2 it brought a new level of crazy as she is completely bonkers but it's kind of like a ying/yang thing going on with her and Phil. I laughed at the whole marriage scenario and Phil being pressured to marry her. That was hilarious! Looking forward to watching tonight's episodes. Oh and once again, Alexandra Daddario, god damn! |

I thought it was good how they got one episode with basically 1 character and then the next with just two.
Have to have pretty tight scripts to pull that off. I was thinking though why Carol was so obsessed with following laws such as disabled parking and stop signs yet was happy to loot a hardware store and squat in someone elses home. |

I REALLY loved it! I think it's great. Will Forte is so good in this and in Ep1 i was thinking i'd be doing the exact same things as Phil Miller. Just f*cking about basically LOL!

Don't get me started on Alexandra Daddario. She might just be the most perfect woman who's ever lived. If I start, I won't be able to stop... |

Dave has picked up the UK rights to season 2 of The Last Man On Earth and will air it immediately after season 1 ends on the channel. Scheduled start date is Mon 28th Sept.

I really like Dave showing this in double bills as it gets me into the show more and i just love the whole premise of it.
Ep3 was ok. Not as funny as the first two as it was just about Phil reluctantly wanting to marry Carol and then by the end discovers how much it means to her and gets married because he feels it's the right thing to do plus there's the added bonus of sex. Sex with Carol was cringe!! Lol. Ep4 was a corker and took it up a gear when we were introduced to Melissa (January Jones - absolutely gorgeous!), another last person on Earth. What's even more interesting about Melissa is that she's the only normal one out of the 3! So funny watching Phil do a complete 180 and try to woo his way into Melissa's heart - shaves his beard, works out, gets her a car and attempts to try and shag her by trying to annul his marriage to Carol. To be honest, i'd do the same! ![]() I really like these 3 together. This is going to be good! |

Anyone noticed the distinct lack of dead bodies/skeletons around?

I bailed out at episode 4 - I really like Kristen Schaal but her character just made me want to throw things at the TV.

Is her character annoying? Yes. Does she ruin the show for me? Not at all.

I agree 100%. I'm watching episode 3 and she is so annoying she is killing any enjoyment of the show. I'll try and get to the end of the episode and decide whether to continue with it or not.

Having seen the first four episodes I've got to say that I really, really like it!
It hasn't put a foot wrong so far. Quality programme as far as I'm concerned. |
