All the e-ink eReaders are pretty good. The main choice to be made is whether to go with Amazon or the others rather than the particular eReader.

I have started doing that as well, but I have a large library, so will wait for some dark winter evenings . . . .

There are some utilities for older versons of Kindle where you could do the categorising and Collections on a PC - but latest Kindles have slightly different software and the app isn't being updated
