I've been a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Verse for a few years now and I'd like to start looking into the comics but it's feeling a little confusing to work out where to start. Someone recommended Ed Brubaker as a writer and The Winter Soldier as a good point to start. Problem is I'm not sure which trade back to get

This is the one he recommended but then this one comes up too

Is there much difference between these two?
Thanks

£14. But it looks like the older one is now out of print, so you will have to look for it second hand. They both seem to compile the same comics, the second one has some minor variant covers, probably not worth the extra.

I'd also add if you want a general introduction to Cap's exploits, the book "Marvel
Platinum: the Definitive Captain America" is well worth a look (it was the first
CA trade paperback I bought: )

Just remember that when Capt America throws his mighty shield, all those who chose to oppose his shield must yield.

Thank you for the link, I actually had a look at this one in Waterstones today but came away with Civil War instead. I'll definitely add it to my wish list though.
