Brian Dowling
Has there ever been a consistently likeable and entertaining housemate since him?

He just makes a lot of housemates look annoying. He seemed spontaneously entertaining and just wanted to have fun.
I miss that type of housemate. |

Brian was one of a kind.
I liked Kate and Jon Tickle too. |

I think Rachel Rice was consistently likeable, as was Rodrigo Lopes. I also liked many from BB13, such as Luke A and Adam.

I stopped liking Brian after his treatment of Aaron Allard Morgan.
His biased, nasty digs and completely negative winners interview was one of the worse things I've seen on BB. |

Remember Jim Davidson calling him a shirt lifter? That was horrible

I loved Brian, infact BB2 was the best series ever, I laughed, cried, cringed and every other emotion possible, no other series has come close imo.
No luxury unless they worked hard to win it, betting their food budget, Guiness Book of Records tasks, all night tasks, and only alchol when they could afford to buy it on the food budget. They got that series spot on, will always remember it. Not to mention the fact we got to see every minute with 24/7 live feed! |

He was a good housemate but an execrable presenter.
But given how he had ballooned a little, when Eamonn Holmes came on I thought it was Brian |

He was kind of rude to Josh, which proved that even the most 'untouchable' housemates have an unpleasant side.

Have never forgiven him for that. Pure spitefulness on his part because Josh was a rival gay guy who was a total hunk to boot.

I found him quite entertaining in BB2 (apart from his behavoiur towards Josh) but went off him big time for his OTT childish behaviour in Hell's Kitchen. He redeemed himself a little on the past contestants BB show but was absolutely horrendous and cringeworthy as a presenter.

I only saw him in UBB, but while very likable some of it seemed a bit forced/contrived.
Maybe that just what years of semi-celebrity can do to one - ? He was a diabolical presenter, but I think Emma's screeching and worship by Rylan is putting me off her even more now... |
