He might be a **** but I think it was really unnecessarily cruel. The process to get onto BB is a long and stressful one. Some people even quit their jobs. Imagine if that'd been Jack. I'm sure the reaction from fans would have been a little different...

I don't understand the difference between leaving on the first night and the seventh night, as the first evictee usually does.

Surely the housemates know the risks, know they could be out first and are old enough to make the decision to take that risk themselves?

Anyway, I honestly think he'll be back.

OP - I wouldn't say it was the best eviction ever, but it was certainly satisfying.

Its instantly recognisable and I loved every second of it because he looked a bellend. He went from 100% volume to 0 in about 2 seconds and then tried to cover his crushness by his Mother! I get the feeling the pair will say they're gonna complain to Ofcom or say they're gonna sue like they have done down the years. Watch the Daily Star for the headline coming soon.

I missed his entrance so first set eyes on him when they were told to gather on the sofas for the twist. By the time they got to the timebomb podiums, I'd had more than enough of him already so the final result could not have been any more sayisfying....good riddance!

Surely BB needs muppets. I despair when the likes of Simon, Shabaz and Sree go early.

Thank goodness is right, though he did have the look of someone who would very quickly drop his "jazz hands/mr showbiz" act after day 3 and turn into a right nasty bitching mess that would have been entertaining enough IMO.

He'll be back in there. Even a couple of the other housemates were saying that they reckon he'll be back.

He won't...a return would ruin whatever credibility this show still has.

Well, it wouldn't be as bad as returning someone to the house who people PAID to evict, which is something they've already done... as well as giving someone a pass to the final, amongst other crazy stuff.

I actually thought he'd make an interesting HM.

There are far less colourful characters in there I would have preferred to see gone before him. Oh well....different creative director, same old idiotic twists

so glad he went couldn't stand his jazz hands & his stupid catchphrase "showbiz" for a minute longer made me cringe everytime he was on the screen he tried getting the audience to get behind his showbiz catchphrase but no one cared lol

I think it would be worse, because it's after the things you mentioned. Before they got in trouble over Nikki's return, for example, they may have thought that doing it would be ok; but they can't still think that now.

Still, like some other people, I suspect they will bring Simon back. He wasn't (I think) voted out by viewers, and the theme would give them an excuse to "reverse time", or something, and bring him back in.

I've never understood why calling someone a muppet is an insult when the real muppets are loved throughout the world.
