A quick visit to the house for BB fans for whom the nightly updates simply aren't enough. Every move and word made by the housemates is captured as it happens - with the odd burst of birdsong replacing those moments the censors don't want people to hear.
Oooh, get you. Live feed crapped in your fine china, did it? And for the main show

Emma Willis hosts as the fly-on-the-wall reality show returns for its 16th series, ushering in another diverse group of fame-seeking individuals who have been chosen to spend their summer invading the nation's living rooms. Expect the usual selection of likely lads, would-be Wags and outsiders who will be stepping into a house that has undergone a complete redesign, in a sophisticated 1960s style. What won't be expected, however, are the time-based tasks, twists and secret missions that BB has in store - and the clock starts ticking as soon as the housemates enter.
If you click for full info on the launch show you get this:

Increasingly Big Brother sounds like something out of Homeland or possibly those Stanford Prison experiments from the 1970s. This year’s “civilian” contestants will be subjected to “time-based disturbances”, whatever that means.

According to excitable presenter Emma Willis in the trailer, “Days will turn into nights, time will stop and rewind.” Why not just go the whole hog and waterboard the participants, and maybe even have a drone attack on the Big Brother house? What fun!

As this is Channel 5’s great gift to the world, actual details are under wraps, but there are hints of a “Mad Men-style Big Brother house” (perish the thought) and the strong suggestion that some old hands might return.
The reviewer is called Alison Graham and I'm liking her style. I bolded the catty bits.

A couple of years ago somebody posted an actual listing which was in a newspaper. Might have been The Times. And in the TV listing for when BB was on it simply said.... 'Big Brother - Utter drivel'.
