Later on watching Wha's like us and Only an excuse Terrible choices for seeing in the New Year at the bells BBC1 Jackie Bird Same every year BBC2 Jools holland not my kind of music STV Lorraine Kelly and Andy Murray's mum Happy New Year when it comes ![]()

otherwise the doc martin repeat on ITV3 and MOTD on BBC2.. not much else on at all.........

For all of you saying NYE telly was dire, why would they put out their top rated shows when the majority of people are out.
For me, tonight though: 7pm Diversity Steals the Show 8:00 Coronation Street 8:30 Sherlock 10:00 The Simpsons Movie (Sky Cinema) Catch up on Still Open all hours and Mrs Brown's Boys |

As for Mrs Browns Boys I don't watch soaps nor have Sky. Most people now do stay in on NYE. Staying is the new going out
