I'll be watching a bit of tennis, that documentary about Virgin Atlantic on ITV at 9pm and the NBC Nightly News on CNBC at half 11.

What type of box do u use
Nothing fancy, just a basic ALBA Freeview + PVR. Mind you at only £80 when bought about 6/7 years ago it's lasted well!

I use a £120 Logik from Curry's Freeview HD + PVR box. It does the job but you have too unplug it and reboot it so it recognises a programme has been deleted. We are considering upgrading to You View from Talk Talk or BT

Our machine sometimes freezes and you have to unplug the thing and plug back in - don't lose anything though and it speeds the whole thing up after doing that - almost like defragmenting your pc/laptop!

Onto tonight: No live progs, catching up with Celebrity Materchef.

A bit more happening with us tonight:-

Recording the usual ITV Emm & Coronation St. soaps (7-8.30pm), also recording Celebrity Masterchef (BBC1 9-10pm), Coast (BBC2 9-10pm), Scotland's Murder Mysteries (STV +1 10-11pm) and Mock The Week (BBC2 10-10.30pm). There will also be a late night recording of TOTP (BBC4 1.15-1.55am). Actual viewing wise it will be catch ups of Celebrity Masterchef from last week, finishing off with Scotland's Murder Mysteries and Mock The Week late night.

It must be awful for you only having 4 channels on your TV. Please send my regards to 1982.

Tonight it's the usual ITV soaps for 'er indoors (7-8 & 8.30-9pm) and recorded Celebrity Masterchef from last night to watch. Also Recording CM from tonight on BBC1 (8.30-10pm) & Frank Skinner (BBC1 10.35-11.35pm).

Looking ahead to tomorrow (Saturday 11th) there is nothing for us apart from recording Pop Gold on STV late night from 11.15pm, so if we're in during the evening we'll probably catch up with tonight's (Friday) Celebrity Masterchef and Frank Skinner later on.

Sunday is quiet too, with only Dragon's Den being recorded (BBC2 8.15-9.15pm). When we're in later on we might catch up with a Couples Come Dine With Me.
