Last minute change of plan with my telly watching tonight
6pm News - ITV 6.50pm George Gently - recorded ( really good so far just paused it to get some food) 8.25pm Emmerdale - recorded 8.50pm Corrie - recorded 9.50ishpm Car Share - recorded 10.15pm Eastenders - BBC 3 10.45pm Graham Norton - Recorded Got all the shows watched and saved enough time to watch Car Share as I skipped the ads on the soaps and never watched the end of the news. George Gently was great hope that comes back again next year. Emmerdale was good. Corrie is building up to be good next week. Car Share- 2nd time I have seen that episode very funny show and I really hope that it is back next year or sooner if there is an xmas special. Eastenders- lovely way for two great characters to leave Graham Norton - George Clooney was really funny but I felt there was too many guests. Still a good show overall though |

Worked out well tonight recording everything and basically following my own schedule (except Eastenders which I watch live on bbc 3)

So now you are giving us amendments as the day progresses and a round up of what you actually watched? How exciting.

Tonight will be totally taken over by Eurovision - sadly I'll be watching alone as my husband would genuinely prefer to stick pins in his eyes and my children aren't yet old enough to appreciate the humour in bad music and costumes. Describing it like that makes me wonder why I'm watching myself but nonetheless I love it!

![]() I am a middle aged woman who has not yet decided if she will be out this evening or in watching telly. Either way I will be back to catch the end of the voting on Eurovision. I used to hate this show but Conchita was so good last year that she has made it mildly interesting again. She's a hard act for anyone to follow though. I expect this year will be back to the usual. |

Oi what's this about assuming middle aged women watch dull telly?

Nothing. I have better things to do on a Saturday night.
Anyway nothing worth watching on any channel. All the broadcasters seem to have given up with Saturday nights. |

I think we've got the best entry we've had for quite a few years. I really like it.

Judging by a few recent comments I could get shouted at responding to your comment 'cos it's off topic but who cares

As long as it is discussion about what is on TV it is on topic. But remember there is a Eurovision thread

My comment about getting told off was in reference to fizzle90's comment about this becoming a chat thread.

I did start watching Matilda earlier on Comedy Central (weird choice of channel though!) but recorded the rest to watch later. Now I'm watching Eurovision listening to cheesy/rubbish/ok songs... not BGT for me anymore, it's got so samey and boring. Some people would argue Eurovision is samey but it's different, it's only an annual thing
