She's quite different in that respect and it's something I like about her.”

yes you hit the nail on the head.

Indeed and that, as a friend is very kind of you.

Good to know she does good work for animals, I do too so Eileen goes up a million per cent in my book. However, I can't back track, I find her face a tad alarming, just me perhaps.

It would be brilliant if all the younger housemates totally underestimate and dismiss her, then she just kicks their arses in a task or something

I do enjoy a true eccentric and I think you can tell she is one, but seems quite grounded with it. I think she has good self awareness.

How long ago was that, honestly?”

we are both 51. she doesnt lie about her age, neither do i.

She joked the other night about 'botox parties', so there is no awkwardness on her part with regards her appearance. It's possibly a look that suits her chosen career path.

What makes you think that somebody who has done porn can't be eccentric?

That would be useful for me because I like both of them over all the others.

she invited me to one of her botox parties but i gave it a swerve. she loves that goth high cheekboned look, she always has.

I can believe that. I've seen her in other little bits here and there when not in a film and she comes across exactly as she does in the house.

I watched her in a clip yesterday when she was interviewing Matt Berry for something. Just as kooky in that as she seems in other stuff.
They seemed to get on very well. I guess that Matt Berry must have liked her as she was cast for a part in his show with Rich Fulcher called 'Snuff Box'.

They both have great potential as housemates. It will be interesting to see how they cope in the next few weeks. Though I like them as HMs, i reckon they may not blend well with some of the others. Should be Interesting.

I agree with that. I get the feeling that most of the housemates are very shallow and those sorts of housemates tend to shun anything which is different or 'other'. I guess it's to be expected. But yes, Eileen and possibly Nick may struggle to avoid being evicted.

I don't know I'm getting weird vibes from her... I think she could be a little unhinged and heading for a meltdown. Throwing a middle-aged failed actress/eccentric into a house full of fame-hungry spring chickens is asking for trouble. I hope I'm right anyway, it would make great viewing.

i think being caged in will be tough on her. she is a ball of energy and always needs to be doing something.sitting around isnt her style.

i can assure you there will be no meltdown with this lady. and to use the words failed actress is weird. this country is full of jobbing actresses who will never break hollywood. that doesnt make them failures. suggest you google 'razor blade smile', a cult film worldwide starring Eileen Daly. she is now producing her own films and having the time of her life. she could be a great example to young people, that life doesnt stand still because of the date in your passport.

I wouldn't say she's failed if she's still working. Looking at her filmography she seems to have been busier over the last 5 years than before.

Why would that neccessitate copious amounts of face fillers...Oh look, I don't want to get into a bashing Eileen thread. All I said was I found her face distracting...still do....but perhaps she will turn out to be a marvelous housemate.

You'd have to ask her, though I doubt she'd say it's necessary. It seems to be a look she likes, as she also likes a vampire-like, gothic look. It takes all kinds, i suppose. She certainly doesn't have an unpleasant face and I, for one, don't find her face distracting at all.

Judging from the task clips, the young ones really like her and have taken to her. I think she's lovely. My early favourite so far. I remember her on X Factor, she came with so much warmth and took it all in a positive way.
