They had the nerve to say live feed is a waste of time and social media is the way forward. What a load of rot. I feel even more detached from this series, than from previous years and I thought I was hard done by then!

I did send them a tweet asking about this early finish, but guess what they didn't respond

And yet it's been said on here time and time again that cost isn't the reason why live feed was axed. Even though Jamie East who was closely involved with the production said it was.

I think the fact they can't afford to employ somebody to keep the social media accounts updated after midnight strongly suggests the above is baloney.

Even if they did reply it would only be some nonsense about how they decided that they don't need to have the twitter feed on for so long as there are plenty of articles and vids on the official website

One liners were a joke anyway, Don't bother having the app either as its hardly updated.

On a positive note we won't have to read about the late night showmances....no more "open it"
