How does Jack's immunity work?
Has it been specified how Jack's immunity passes work yet?
Does he have to play the immunity card BEFORE nominations, e.g. if he knows he's not had a good week? Or can he play the card after nomination results are announced? If it's the former, he could potentially waste a pass in a week when he would not have got enough nominations to be up. If it's the latter, then surely the obvious tactic is for everyone to nominate him for the first three weeks so he has to use up the three passes as soon as possible? But then again, if he's up in the first week with several others, he could risk foregoing the immunity to gauge his popularity with the public. (But that also runs the risk of the public perceiving him as arrogant for believing that he's not in danger of eviction). This is potentially one of the more interesting nomination twists - if they implement it correctly! |

BB may let us know when they decide.
I think if he has to use them after it could work for and against him if he uses it some may see it as bad for taking himself out if he doesn't as you said some may see it as he thinks why bother when he's staying anyway. |

So does it give him immunity from being nominated or immunity when nominated for eviction.... I automatically thought it was a case of if at any point he got nominated for eviction that he could use it and the person with the next most votes would go up instead...

I think it would have being better if they could use it to save themselves or anybody else.
That way you could see if they were willing to sacrfice one to save a friend plus you get people sucking up to them to try and get saved. Could cause argmunts if they refused or saved someone someone else wanted out and also if someone was saved and someone else went up they could be pussed off. What if it was you you saved someone but ended up up yourself because of that( For that they would either have to have run out or can only use one a week) |

I hope he has to decide if he is using it before nominations.

He probably put all his Deal Or No Deal winnings on himself to win, making him the bookie's favourite.
The free pass to the final must have cost a bit, but I don't know how he managed that. |

Hmm, actually thinking about it, they only way it could realistically be implemented is for him to use it BEFORE nominations, making himself immune from being nominated in the first place. If there were only three up for eviction and he used it then, how would it work? That would leave only two up and we know that C5's golden rule is three or more. So yeah, it HAS to be the former.
Disclaimer: C5 will just change it to favour him anyway so none of this really matters, they'll ensure he gets to the final regardless so we may as well not concern ourselves with this. |

If he is nominated and he decides to use a pass does the Hm with the next highest noms become nominated, or does Jack decide who takes his place?.
The Hms need to nominate him every week (if they are smart) so he uses up the passes and he, like the rest have no advantage when it comes to nominations. |

BB will obviously make it up as they go along, whatever suits them best.
Because it's Jack I think it probably should be done before nominations and he has to predict if he's going to be nominated. However, it would be funny if Jack was nominated and saved himself with a pass thereby putting some other housemates on the block who would have missed it otherwise, if BB sticks to their rule of a certain number of housemates facing eviction. Could cause some ill-feeling if other housemates have to take the fall because of Jack saving himself. But this all falls apart because like Jack's going to get a large number of noms anyway. It should have gone to someone more controversial. I don't get this whole thing about making him use up his passes though. That's assuming you can easily survive those 3 weeks when he uses his passes, otherwise you're just wasting nominations and then you'll feel kind of stupid if you get evicted. |

People seem to forget he was in that final five thing on the first night surely the public voting for him would have put him in some kind if danger

As it's 'Immunity' like others have said it must be used before otherwise he would have been given 3 'safes'.
He can't be immune to something he has already received as there is no logic in that. |

I feel like Emma made it clear that only 1 of the 5 would receive something terrible. Those are pretty good odds for Jack. I don't think you can count Jack being in the top 5 as completely negative. It was a risk but I think it was just down to people thinking he'll be a funny part of the twist.

Jack will be asked BEFORE each round of noms if he wants to use an immunity pass so that the other hms will know if they can nominate him otherwise any noms for him would be wasted.
