The last night... it's been a journey and a half on here. Whatever the outcome I think we have done him justice and I hope he feels the support.

I think considering the whole Aaron incident and how we thought he could be out against Eileen, Joel has done so well to get to even the final!! So to be in with a good chance of winning is amazing

Joel winning was obviously just too bizarre of a result to happen. He is an unusual character for this kind of show. Still he did very well and he'll be pleased with all the support he's got. I see tweet after tweet of people sad that he didn't win. And here was the other housemates expecting him to be hated.

Let's be honest, winning means very little nowadays. If you're a winner you're basically on the same level as Helen Wood, which not many people want to be. lol
