Is it just me or is there very little promo/advertising for this show considering it starts this Sunday on Ch4? I've seen a couple of tv spots and that's about it. Have any of the cast made appearances on any shows?
I haven't seen anyone doing the chat show rounds yet.

They must have realised that the trailers were missing from ads as I haven't seen any for over a week but then yesterday I saw 2 different trailers (about 3 times for each). They don't seem to be giving it the hard sell.

Same with Banshee, that started back last week and I didn't see one trailer for it, I missed the first ep and had to download.

Humans have been advertised everywhere, and I believe the cast was on Alan Carr: Chatty Man.

Very much looking forward to it.

Is humans a family show?
well it airs at 9pm, after the watershed. I suspect the shows themes could get dark.

I can't understand people saying there hasn't been much publicity about this. I've seen a number of trailers and certainly this week there is plenty about the show.

I haven't seen the original show as I want to see this with fresh eyes. It certainly looks as though it could hook you quite easily. The cast looks wonderful too, I love William Hurt, Colin Morgan and Katherine Parkinson. I am really looking forward to the first episode now.

Really looking forward to this series .. it's been much hyped on CH4 and E4 (where have you all been, those of you who haven't seen anything about the show?).

I'm particularly looking forward to seeing Gemma Chan as Anita (the principal synth) .. if she's as hot in the programme proper as she appears to be in all the trailers, then we're in for a great eye-candy fest!

Seriously though, CH4 does these weird and wonderful late evening series so well, it's got to be a winner from the start, right? I've already set my HD/Blu-ray recorder to 'Series Record'!

My first time in this subforum. Ready to watch should be interesting because I'd be the first person to buy one.

Hello all.

I'm so glad this is on a Sunday as it's normally such a boring evening telly wise.

I like it so far. It looks like there will be some exposition. Also, very nice home they chose to borrow for filming

I am liking this already.

The shot as the robots were taken away in the car with the camera rising above the trees tells me one thing....the cinematography is going to be classy. That was a difficult shot pulled off with some style.

I've been looking forward to this. Thought it had a bit of a Black Mirror vibe to it from the trailers and I reckon I'm not wrong there.

As a concept I thought it would suit a one off extended episode or movie so I'm curious as to how it pans out in serial format.
