That was Danny but he was speaking to Cristian.

It was Danny who called them 'vulnerable' and he nodded along. I doubt there is much between them really.

I wish he would just hurry up and come out already.

Thanks. I'd realised I wasn't sure and so added " Or was that Danny?", but it's good to have it straightened out.

He seemed to regain control very quickly as soon as he was out of the DR.”

Come off it, this is big brother you don't know how long he was standing outside that dairy room and trying to sort himself out.

i understand the feeling of anxiety and being sensitive. When a person is experiencing it your whole thinking is totally irrational. For example Cristian main concern was not to let his housemates know how vulnerable he was feeling in the moment, not thinking that they will see his dairy room video when they leave the house and not to forget so will millions of people.

by the way if we are speaking of fakeness Danny tears the other day seemed a bit put on to me.”

It certainly seemed very contrived to me.

Bib. Would he not have gone to the toilet in that case?

Very little I fear.

Danny is probably more fake, but knows how to put on a measured pretence and is convincing a lot of people that he is a genuine guy, but his shifty looks and bitching belie that.
He is a nasty piece of work and is not what he seems.

What if someone was in there already. No one knows for sure what was going through his mind but to me the dairy room looked real and was a true human moment. Time will tell anyway, everyones true personality eventually comes out fake or real.

Fascinating, how different people perceive the same moment in different ways.

I don't think there's any reason to think he was standing there for any significant time at all before taking them off.

Since we're not mind-readers, how do you know what his main concern was? I could just as well say his main concern was to get sympathy from the viewers, and once he was out of the DR it was mission accomplished, glasses off.

He wouldn't have to be rational to take his glasses off in the DR or to leave them on once he was out. If the emotions were genuine, I think it would be more natural to recover enough in the DR to take the glasses off, or else to take longer to recover once out of the DR.

With the dark glases on, it was hard to read his expression, so it was hard to tell whether the emotion was real or not. BB should have insisted that he take them off.

He put the gasses on, pulled his hood up & checked himself in the mirror before entering the diary room. On leaving, he did the reverse. Was he was genuinely upset?? My first thoughts were 'Yeah right' but when Nick voiced his thoughts, I did feel a tad guilty & wondered if I was wrong to judge so quickly.

I do agree with Nick's observation that C. is insecure. However, I am very cynical about the diary room 'tears.'

I've watched it again.

1. We see Cristian take off the glasses as he's coming out through the DR door. So Yasmin26's thought above that we "don't know how long he was standing outside that dairy room and trying to sort himself out" (before taking off the glasses) turns out to be mistaken.

2. Fairy Wings is right that "He put the gasses on, pulled his hood up & checked himself in the mirror before entering the diary room." I think that raises questions on its own and, when combined with the way he reversed the process coming out, strongly suggests there was something contrived.

3. He did dip his head twice in the DR in a way that might have been "trying to make the glasses fall off his face", as Spidey1 mentioned above; but he also did things that looked like he might be trying to produce tears. And if he'd been trying to make the glasses fall off, it's strange that he didn't take them off after the move failed. He had, after all, been asked to take them off by BB.

4. Yes, Nick did say he thought Cristian was genuine and was sensitive or vulnerable to something along such lines; but Aaron thought he put things on for the cameras. I get it that people generally like Nick (I'm starting to like him too) and like him a lot more than they do Aaron, but that doesn't mean Aaron's the one who's wrong. Besides, Cristian could be sensitive (or whatever) and put things on for the cameras. It doesn't have to be only one or the other.

When this is all put together, there has to be a big question mark over that DR session. Of course, we don't have anything that proves it was contrived; but we have things that make it awfully suspicious.

It's early days yet, but I don't think Cristian is the worst by any means. I'm intrigued by the apparent mismatch between the model and the medical student. What made this guy want to become a doctor? For me, so far, he is one of the more interesting housemates. Granted, there is precious little competition.

he really needs to toughen up,he must have watched the show before he knew what to expect,he walked out of the diary room very confident/after the tears in there.
