I really hope so.

He's almost definitely going to get further than week four (?) though with his 3 eviction immunities..

He's already started to behave a bit brattish, and swearing profusely. I think his popularity may nosedive over the next couple of weeks.

The eviction audience became very brutal towards Wolfy very quickly iirc.....

He's the chosen one as far as BB is concerned, so I was surprised they showed him leering at the girls exercising.

And the leg shark hasn't started to ascend...

A number of the blokes (and Adjoa) are unashamed leerers this year.

I don't find him that similar to Wolfy. Wolfy was extremely spiritual, and whilst there have been many spiritual and superstitious Housemates over the years, I haven't seen anything like that in Jack. Also, does Jack do much fishing? I haven't heard him mention anything about it.

Sorry, I should have qualified the OP better. I was drawing the parallel between the two HMs in terms of initially being the favourite to win, swiftly followed by a 'lead balloon' descent.

Pieface is what wolfy wished she could have been.

Very 'Back to the Future' comment.

I suppose. Personally I really liked Wolfy, even after she fell from grace. I think she was beginning to claw it back by the end (her popularity really decreased on the week that there wasn't an eviction, and although she was still evicted the following week, I seem to recall it was really close between her and someone else, but I can't remember who the other person was.) I think she was getting cheers again by the end of her interview with Emma; who knows, had she managed to survive that one, she might have been back up as being the most popular one by the following week.

He could well be the new Wolfy. It's far too early to back this horse. People instantly warmed to him because he appears to be a 'normal' down to earth lad with no airs and graces. Also the fact he hasn't had much luck with women will be endearing to people. But apart from the fact he has an ordinary job, a gambling problem and no sex life we don't know a thing about him. I noticed on launch night he ran to the green time bomb shouting 'I'm having green' without discussing the matter with anyone else. No one else got a look in for that colour. Also he was very narky and offhand after his task tonight. I think the cracks will start appearing very soon...

I have to bow to your recollections as being correct. The only details I recall about Wolfy are:

Most popular HM - initially. Thereafter, lots of boos from the eviction crowds for numerous weeks.

Shark going up her leg! - this made us rofl, hence my recalling her.

END.

I think he's a BB viewer - he'll know it'll do him no good letting the popularity go to his head (I would have thought).

The minute someone starts to believe or dare to talk about themselves as a winner they're dead in the water.

I think he went a bit quiet because he's struggling to know how to deal with this information. He's no fool.

Bib: I think this is the key - but extremely difficult with today's feedback for someone so young. I'm thinking it's almost inevitable that it's all gonna go to his head.

Will be interesting to see if you are correct or ME!

I went right off him on live feed last night. All the shouting and swearing. What BB had "put him through". F**k BB and all that carry on. He was behaving like a complete brat. Don't like him.

Completely agree.......And he was probably realising what an idiot he was for letting go of £27,000 for a bunch of people he doesn't know who will eventually be putting him up for eviction!

its always a curse to be so popular in the first week, he is bound to annoy the audience at some point soon.

I never understood the love that was bestowed on him from night one, especially the BBOTS audience and paneil. I find him as mouthy and ridiculous as most of the others.

I haven't been 'on him' from the start. Last nights escapade was just cringey and annoying from him. I don't get the Jack love

he seems to think his anecdote about him sitting on the wall and someone shouting 'pieface' at him and it going 'absolutely mental viral' is the funniest story in the history of the world ever...surely this must tell us he is an utter bore who the public will quickly tire of?
