Give Vanessa a permanent BOTS role
soapnut

I've been bleating on about this for ages now and I still strongly believe that producers are missing a trick and should give Vanessa Feltz a permanent seat on the BOTS panel, if not presenting duties. I particularly look forward to this hideous show when she features.

She is a BB veteran, is spot on with every single observation, speaks the truth, she's not afraid to say what she really thinks and feels (in a professional way unlike the dreadful Luisa - has she gone?), she's funny and for me, is a complete joy to watch. She also makes all the other crap we have to contend with bearable as you know she will analyse it in her own unique yet witty and sarcastic way. I personally could listen to her talk all things BB for hours on end but that's just me! She certainly livens up a tragic show that's for sure.

Come on BB, enough with the plastic reality gang, past-it housemates and unheard of unfunny comedians - get someone who knows exactly what they are talking about, who is intelligent and entertaining onto the panel. I know she may not be everyone's cup of tea but this lady never fails to tell it how it is or amuse me in the process.

No thanks she really isn't.

In short find whatever excuse to defend a male housemate

Just a short find whatever excuse to criticise a female one

Chloe Goodman was more spot on in her analysis

I'll agree that from her few appearances on BOTS, I did think that Chloe would have made an excellent co-host for Rylan.

They seem to get on extremely well and Chloe is very articulate in her analysis of the housemates. She comes across really well and although I don't really believe in this 'give an ex-housemate a job' philosophy that Channel 5 seem to have, I think that she would have been a good addition to the show.

I'm a big fan of Vanessa and I just love her frankness especially when it comes to BB!

I've always loved Vanessa on BB's sidekick shows. I'd love her to be on more regularly.

Are you her agent by any chance?

Vanessa is articulate, witty, opinionated and a fan of the show - the perfect panellist.

She also represents the older demographic of the audience.

Whether I agree with her assessments or not, I think she's a great asset to BOTS and I always cheer (quietly) when I know she's on.

I am not sure if she had been watching much of the show because she seemed to be unaware of what Danny is up to and his constant eyeing up of the females like some sort of predator. She says he is just flirting and trying to get attention, but I think he is verging on the sexually obsessed.

I like Vanessa but she never knows when to stop. She can make a very good point but then embellishes it so much it becomes larger and larger and larger until it explodes Using Harriet's mum turn of phrase "quit while your ahead girl ... ". Otherwise she could never be a presenter as she has two very early morning stints on BBC radio, she's done both for years and I cannot see her giving them up. I like to see her on the panel on eviction nights, she always asks the evictee the best questions, the ones Emma and Rylan do not have the wherewithal to ask.

I too like Chloe Goodman, she makes great observations and unlike Vanessa sees through Danny.

The problem is she never stops for breath. She gets a bit over excited.

I agree, I really like Vanessa. She's outspoken and isn't afraid of upsetting anyone with her opinion. She seems to really enjoy Big Brother too, a genuine fan of the show.

Yes yes yes!!! Pete was a hot mess with an acid tongue!! I also loved his grand entrances, strutting into the studio like a Queen, wearing a dead animal of choice.
I miss him...

I heard he was banned from BOTS, anyone know if that's true?

Pete Burns was a rubbish presenter. He was the worst they ever had.

I suppose there was an unintentional humour in how wooden he was. Clearly very uncomfortable being infront of the camera.

That's disgusting. Wearing fur coats is immoral.

To you, maybe.

I don't see how it is any more "immoral" than eating meat to be honest. Plus, fur is luxurious and is fabulous to wear.

Well, I don't eat meat either, I don't know why you'd assume that I did in the first place.

Again, I was talking generally. Did I state that I thought you eat meat? I was simply stating my view on the morality of wearing fur, and comparing it to meat-eating.To expand on my point, in society there seems to be a general consensus of outrage towards wearing fur, yet animals being slaughtered for food is fine (to most people anyway). I find that rather hypocritical, though I'm sure you would agree with that.

I don't eat meat and I certainly don't wear fur. I would never slag someone off for eating meat but I would for wearing fur, strange old world.

Yes, it is strange. I've had debates with meat-eaters who spin the old "yes but, killing animals for vanity is disgusting!!!!", yet they can't seem to answer why slaughtering a cow simply because beef tastes nice is perfectly fine...
