He's not going to win

He's not funny ... or nice ... or endearing in any way that I can see

He's just a fat lad who works in Maccy D

He should've took that car when he had the chance

It was a good job it was a "no brainer", he would have been in trouble otherwise.

I don't have a problem with him but what I don't understand is why people gush over him when he's hardly ever in the mix and very rarely shown in the H.L's.and is just a plain jo with no endearing features about him.he doesn't put himself forward and as they don't show him in the H.L show I would suspect they don't want to show him in a true light i.e boring.

He is not that bad. It is just his unearned and predictable popularity that has turned me against him

His popularity is off-putting because he doesn't deserve it.

Just wondering why it is acceptable to categorise him by his weight, using a derogatory term, but it would be wholly unacceptable to do so by race or gender without being banned?

He is far from being the fattest HM ever.

On a practical note he can't drive and would never have been to afford insurance on it.

If I was in and won it would be no use I don't drive nobody in my family does friends don't either.

As Emma and the production staff are supporting Jack we can expect him to get other goodies during the series.

People can't change their race or gender but can lose weight, and should. He's risking a premature death if he doesn't do something about his size.

I neither like or dislike him but calling someone "lardy boy" is offensive. As someone else has already stated, if you were to make derogatory comments about gender, sexuality, race you would be banned but people think it's acceptable to comment on people's weight - IT ISN'T.

Probably the most honest thing anyone has said on here regarding Jack.

I think that's the main reason he is disliked on here.

I haven't liked him since he said he likes to drop straws on the floor at work so he can look up ladies skirts and watching him last night perving over the girls exercising didnt change my mind. He should have took the car and left.

It's not acceptable to be derogatory about a HM's weight

Those who are being spiteful are - either, very young - or, are visions of beauty, themselves

BB has, unfortunately, put him in the spotlight

"People in glass houses.........." comes to mind

Do not criticise other people, when your own 'flaws' are apparent to all
