She is nothing like Helen. Helen was just an ordinary working class lass. She had personality and character. This girl is totally stuck up. She turns her nose up everyone. Thinks she is something which she clearly isn't.

She was one of the most popular housemates in the house throughout the series and was voted winner by the public so of course she had charm.
