Wow, a brain tumour so young!

It will be interesting to see how he goes, he obviously feels a bit on the outside of things at the moment.

I don't think Big Brother is the place to go to deal with your issues.

He was also missing a lot tonight. I truly think that he still feels down?

I Initially thought it was from an accident or fight.
That was my first thought, I'd have never put it down to a brain tumour.

Maybe this is what Rylan meant when he said "more to see about the housemates than the stereotype"?

Why not? A lot of people go to BB to find themselves?

Either way, im glad it wasn't in the VT because peopleon here would accuse him of using it.

This is the problem with the entrance VT's. They don't necessarily reflect the housemate. The VT's present us with a character that the producers have made up.

What do you think the outcome will be?

BB isn't a therapy service. I have read of people that have been on it having breakdowns after they have left.

It is high pressured and your under ruthless public scrutiny.

He has obviously had to deal with a lot from an early age. Good on him for not using it for sympathy in the beginning, but I'm sure BB will pull that info out in the open in the near future.

I don't know why he's doing BB. He seems to have physically gotten better, maybe mentally too. We don't know. I'm not sure why he's in there, I'm just saying its an interesting read. And the reason I commented was because of comments yesterday stating he had an easy life.

We don't know anything about the pasts of these people, so it's intriguing we have come across this and could be the reason why he was upset in the DR about people not 'getting' him.

One could say that about a lot of them, though. Nick's there as he feels friendless, has no job and wants to find friends and, as they all do, wants to potentially win some money. Jack's partially using the time as an alternative to Gamblers Anonymous Everybody's got issues.

I don't think Cristian, or anybody, said they were there to deal with their issues, but I imagine that - over the course of the show - some issues may be dealt with one way or the other.

ETA: Wasn't Cristian the one who said he thought he should be on CBB? I think he's mainly there to up his profile, career-wise, as many of them are.

I wish people would talk about their pasts and opinions more. I get annoyed when people take ages to reveal something or speak their mind.

I seem to have the reverse character trait. If he has issues I wish he would bring them out into the open with the group.

It's only been 4 days!

ETA: going by BB on C5, even if they do open up emotionally to each other, it's not necessarily the case that BB would show much of it, not enough action/shouting in therapy sessions

There is definitely something about him and I think he's one of the most interesting ones in there in terms of there being more to him. I think Nick was right the other night when he said Cristian is insecure.
I also think he's one of the most interesting ones. Because I get the feeling that once the surface is scratched a bit he'll gradually reveal a lot about himself even if he tries not to.
Especially in that pressure situation over many weeks.

I think he could really struggle as the weeks go on and possibly even walk.

Yes, you don't want to give everything you've got in the first few days. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Spot On. I was listening to a radio programme with Anna Nolan the other morning and she was just so articulate, interesting & able to take the P*ss out of her "Persona" in the BB house. She said that she was marketed as the skateboarding, lesbian, ex nun!

Whilst she was in fact those things, she laughed and said even back then, there was an agenda to put a character accross. She was so much more than the production team were selling.

I am fascinated by his ever changing accent. It is fun to try to guess which accent he will use next.

THANK you for mentioning this, I genuinely thought I was going funny, does he put a gangsta accent on...

As he said tonight, he can't open up to anyone at this point of time. So he's not going to discuss it this early on to people he doesn't have a strong bond with.

He has been distancing himself away recently.

It was really noticeable at the beginning of the episode when he was in the diary room.

Maybe he is planning to milk it? ( harsh of me ). Like I said I will tell anyone anything I hate having to wait to find out about people and people keeping secrets.

I personally haven't warmed to him.

I think a lot of them want to be famous and will play up to the cameras and not be themselves.

I hope I am wrong though.

If you had a tumour in your ass you would have colon cancer...That sounds quite painful.

No laughing matter.
I think you really need to go back to school and retake biology.

But why has he become such a pouty and vain imbecile?

I truly hope it's all a front and we get to know a nice person.

I dont think he will and hope BB doesn't reveal it. Its Cristians to tell if he wants. We don't even know if BB knows about it anyway.

Nice people can be pouty too. Maybe it's just me, I'm not judgemental unless I know someone is nasty or malicious.

I should know that to post here, I need to be judgemental and nasty about people I've never met
