Danny is atypical big bro material whom believes enough in his pretty smile and biceps to carry him through the whole show.

Unfortunately for us more discerning type of viewers, we know for a fact that rings true 99% of the time. So Danny will be there right to the very end.

Whereas Kieron will be long gone before him despite the fact that he's totally switched on to the game and his fellow contestants.

I've not got a crystal ball, but just my prediction how it will pan out.

Thought I was the only one who noticed that he doesn't have the best face. If it were not for those eyes, he'd have nothing to him, in my opinion. Lovely shade of blue, are his eyes. They save him. He has these really obvious bags under his eyes, and his tan complexion seems to accentuate them.

I loved the way he was positively beaming from ear to ear when he thought that Jack had won the car with no strings attached (probably the others were too) but his reaction really stood out for me. He looked really genuinely pleased for him and I thought 'that's nice'.

That would be a really good plus for him.

However, my sceptical mind kicks in with a Danny type knowing his own worth in beating a Jack type to the final.

I think Danny is smarter than he lets in. He was the only one to go into the diary room after the public chose the three most likely winners, and talk about how it could effect him tactically. He's going to have enough sense to smile when Jack wins a car.

I find him a sly individual and I can smell the desperation from him .

I imagine that is is quite subtle to the untrained mind/eye. But I get slyness from him too.

He's had a few okay moments, but since I don't find anyone awful yet he is my least favourite due to being the least interesting. Even the sound of his voice sends me to sleep and if I had to choose someone to go who I wouldn't miss it would be him.

Like with Ash / Helen we will see the same pattern with Danny / Sarah. It worked for the producers last year, so why change the formula?

Bizarre that Danny has one of those faces that looks like model material one minute and a drug dealer's dog the next.

Ash was the same. He would look like David Ginola in one shot, the lighting would shift slightly and he would turn into Worzel Gummidge on smack.

What's most interesting for me about Danny is that on night one, I though 'Hello!'; very attractive smile/eyes/build etc. On night one also, I immediately liked Nick's personality.

As the days have gone on Danny has become decidedly less attractive and Nick increasingly cuter.

I had high hopes for him but the more we see him and get to know him, the less I like him. They've not even been in there a week and he's already missing "the touch of a woman." Oh my life.
