I love getting spray tans
The tan always looks solid unlike lotion self tans which will always be streaky no matter what

I've been gettin spray tans every week or so lately cos of it but it's become waaay too expensive

So I've heard there are some self spray tanners you can use to get the same salon result and I've taken a look in boots and seen some self spray tanners like Loreal, fake bake and garnier

But I'm proper scared to buy one in case it goes wrong cos I've had some proper fake tan disasters before

So yeh, what are the best at home spray tanners and do u have any tips? Like do I still need to rub it in and stuff if it's a spray on?

Sprays are rubbish. What you need to actually do is buy a good, decent fake tan and learn how to apply it correctly. Always make sure you shower and moisturise before you tan. Moisturise elbows and wrists especially as they're areas where the tan can clog. When you apply the tan, wear plastic gloves (available from Boots) underneath your tanning mit so that the tan doesn't sink through the mit and into your hands. When you've done everywhere else, do your hands last. Simply rub the not back and forth once over your hands and in between fingers...don't apply more tan to do your hands, just use what's left on the mit. I recommend James Read Liquid Tan. It's incredible.

The only problem is ive looked for James reade before in m&s and boots and couldn't find it? Also ive heard the liquid tan is patchy and hard to blend in, is that true???
