I hope she stays around. What a lot of other girls have that she doesn't is a loud fat mouth roaring above all. She's actually pretty quiet, soft-spoken even, lacking an obvious aggression when she speaks. That's definitely in her favor and may win her some points.

I have had a change of mind after watching tonight's HL show ,liking her more .

This is what crossed my mind when she was taking in being nominated by Nick. I think it helped a bit when he reminded her that she was only nominated and not necessarily up for eviction but I think she was realising if he nominated her then others probably will and yes she isn't safe

I can't quite put my finger on it but - she just seems incredibly insincere. I may be wrong but - I find her a bit phoney.

The vulnerability of that moment was what made me question her as I stated in my last post.

I tuly don't know what to make of her at this stage of the game. She has too much of a contradictory nature at this stage.

Ugh, people like you annoy me so much. It's not a nice feeling when other people doubt your sexuality. When people find out that I'm gay a lot of people ask me if I'm sure I'm not bi because "I'm too pretty to be a lesbian". So just because a girl is pretty and feminine means she has to be interested in dick? Like, really?!?

She said she's only interested in women so accept it.

I understand your point but in my opinion she's made so much of an unnecessary issue out of it it feels affected. As if she's more interested in making sure everyone sees her as 'unique' and 'different' than actually being herself. The clue is actually in what you said: "when people find out", rather than when I awkwardly segway it into every initial conversation I have with people. Just feels off, like she's exaggerating this side of her sexuality for attention. Could be wrong but that's how it feels to me.

This is big brother though and people tend to be ott about things or lie, and I'm just not buying some of the things she say's yet, that's all.

I don't see how's she made an unnecessary issue out on her sexuality. On launch night people were asking her if she had a boyfriend so of course she would correct them and tell them that she's gay. Cue all shocked reactions and questions about her sexuality. Her answering them wasn't unnecessary, but it was unnecessary for the housemates to ask her intrusive questions such as whether she's had sex with a man or not and how can she be sure that she's gay if she's never tried it with a man. You have to realise that a lot of this is down to editing as well. I'm sure she doesn't talk about "pussy" all day but at this stage, Big Brother seems content with only showing that side of her.

Listen, you could well be right but essentially I don't care enough other to get an impression from her which felt affected and overkill. Given her religious background I can understand if someone initially feels that she is being a bit of a lipstick lesbian and accentuating a facet of her sexuality in order to provide a shock factor. But of course first impressions aren't always correct and we'll see soon enough. But I would reiterate that I personally would have reservations about the genuine convictions of anybody who was as overbearing about an issue as visceral as that. For instance as a black man if someone came up to me very insistent about how deeply pro-black he was the first thing I'd think is "is he really that pro-black or does he just really want me to think that? He is trying to convince me or himself?". But like I said it'll all come out in the wash.

I love her. In fact, she's my favourite and seems a very sweet person. But it is obviously easy to single her out at this stage, as compared to any of the other housemates except possibly Jade. Black and a lesbian? Hello? I think she'll be the first to be evicted, unless "timebombs" take random care of a couple of other HMs in the meantime.

She's interesting and a bit of a paradox for me. On the one hand, her social skills on opening night were way 'off', all the staring and inappropriate language. Plus she seemed almost like a simpleton. On the other hand, she now seems quite sweet and a bit dizzy.

I don't dislike her but I can't say I really like her yet either. Can't quite work her out.

I can see what you mean. Jade does the same about being polyamorous. They've both made their sexuality the 'thing' about them that makes them interesting.

But I can also see how uninterested Adjoa is around the male HMs and that she's just generally not got a filter re 'appropriate self-disclosure'. I've met people like her before, gay and straight, who think liberated sexuality is being vulgar and inappropriate.
