If you install this and end up with something very buggy, try the following. Reset it to factory settings and restore an older 8.1 backup or set up from scratch. I got this advice on another forum and it works much much better. Looks like in place migration of the data is not 100% there yet. There are still problems, but the experience is much more pleasant, things mostly working as expected. I was considering rollback to 8.1, but I can definitely continue using it on my main and only phone.
