I can't see me watching it much longer unfortunately. There's no real characters in it, just vain self-obsessed wannabes. The editing is atrocious, just little snippets here and there of nothing. It's all very forced and there's no hard task or punishments. Fast forwarded a lot of it tonight. Especially the blonde older woman's task as I knew it would be a silly montage. Anyone else close to switching off? Dunno what can really save this series

My entertainment is by trying to predict what accent Christian will be using in each episode. He was back to full on gangster mode tonight after last night's posh accent. It's fun trying to guess what will be next.

As someone who has avidly watched BB from its first episode, I find myself in the curious position of following it via Digital Spy forums rather than actually watching the programmes. Much quicker and less tedious. I just can't summon up the interest to watch it any more. Anyone else?

They're hardly getting on though. Forced sound bytes of 'I love you' all the time.

I had that with the second half of last year just because it got so poor, but I always said that no matter how bad it gets, the format of Big Brother means that each year has the potential to still be a good series, so I'll always give it a try. So far this year it has been worth it.

I think I'm finally too old..watched from day 1 of the first bb..now have children older than some of the hms and struggling to relate. .I'm not an old fuddy duddy but these lot are so self obsessed they aren't entertaining at all.

You gotta be joking OP. It's brilliant! Really enjoying the good vibe, the load of laughs in every episode and the quirkiness of the housemates this year. Loving the lack of poison and hatefulness ...... keep it up C5!

You need to go back to the first highlight show on catch up and .... well, catch up. You will be VERY pleasantly surprised. It's like watching an old C4 BB. It really is great this year. I am actually looking forward to it every night now, whereas the last few years I have struggled to watch the constant nastiness, bullying and sociopathic behaviour.

There is none of this this year ..... but it's not bland! There are still niggles starting to rear their head between housemates, but there's more laughs, decent convos and the housemates have a bit more to them - they have some depth, which is a refreshing change from the casting agency people who have been 'hired' over the last few years for the program.

Last nights episode was hilarious, with some classic moments. If you liked the old C4 BBs, take a watch. It's a world away from last years hate fest.

The main problem is that they have neglected to include anyone funny, and by 'funny' I mean witty, rather than stupid. Stupid is not funny.

I agree. Chris was the saving grace of last year's series because he was witty and would make clever observations about the other housemates in the Diary Room.

There doesn't seem to be anybody like that this year.
