If you are concerned, you could always ask a friend / relative / work colleague if you can have a sim sent to their address?.

Pity there's a two month restriction on this. Would have been ideal for my mum to use in her tablet - 100gb would last her about 5 years

I got an email AND a text to say my order was accepted and on its way, and it arrived the next day - so if you've had neither then it's safe to say the order didn't go through!

Have ordered a rake of them and not one has generated an email or a text.
I got an email fairly soon afterwards. |

Maybe that's the problem; they realise you have ordered an unusually large quantity so have blocked it.

I ordered one with obviously fake name/number and never got it.
I then ordered one with a slightly more believable fake name/number and got it in a day or two |

Is there a number to call to query if they have been dispatched to me.
Gotta be ten days since I applied....no text or email from them |

I got an email fairly soon afterwards. Besides its only when you use the same email address that you are advised "only one per household". Since I've now used a variety of email addresses, you'd think one would get through. |

I ordered one with the same name as the previous 100GB SIM and I only changed the email. It arrived today.

Ok seems to be a bit hit and miss who gets these sims.
Ordered one a good ten days ago and nothing yet, also ordered one in wife's name at her mums address and still nothing. Strange how this is working |

Have done that....ordered one in wife's maiden name at her mums and also one in her brothers address.....these were done a good 8 days ago and nothing so far
Perhaps they have supply problems (SIM) or have run out ahead of the deadline?, these things pretty much get promoted all over the place, including MSE Forums and UK Hot Deals. Given how measly the regular data allowance is on most of their regular tariffs, I imagine that there is huge demand for this, even as a second sim for existing customers to supplement their 'shed load of' 500mb, 1GB etc etc.Or could there perhaps be a quota sent out to each area in order to keep their prize network lovely and fast?. In other words a certain number of sims sent out to each postcode area in order to avoid any local mast congestion?. Are the friends / relatives you are having them sent to, in the same main area postcode (eg CW11) as your own address?. I've been able to successfully order a couple, but I ordered on the first day it was mentioned here, and using postcodes which although only a few miles apart, are in different counties and so have completely different postcodes. |
