Because it is not their food to give or withhold.

I know they have the blonde/blue going on but they aren't half masculine around the jaw.

Kelly Osborne-esque, from certain angles.

Its not the fact that they wanted their eggs put aside, its the way they reacted. Many other years on BB a HM would have just made the cake without asking, Joel did the decent thing & asked everyone first & the twins didn`t say "sure go ahead, but we don`t want cake, so can you make sure you leave some eggs aside for us".... They shouted at him not to make the cake, then started a whole drama over eggs.

Its their loss, they may have their secret stash of eggs now, but most HMs wanted a cake, so they just bought themselves a load of noms.

I really dont know why BB even put them in, they have bf;s outside and maybe this adds to their standoffish and snobby behaviour. Superficial, snobby, selfish, fake and not really all that nice.

Hope they are out ext week”

Yeah they have boyfriends so are pretty useless now.

Couldn't agree more . Putting twins in the house is the most unfair and annoying thing to do when they're taking the place of possibly a great HM .

Housemates should be punished for squirreling food away, why do the twins think they are entitled to eggs when others have had none? And why does Adjoa get 2 a day when others have had none ( I missed the reason why she gets 2 eggs):come on big brother food belongs in the kitchen, start punishing them

I think they simply tick the "good looking twins" box. I'm not sure how many sets of twins they get applying, but doubt there are enough for BB to narrow them down to good looking AND exciting personalities!

They seem to spend most of the day doing their hair and make up, to sit around doing nothing for a short time, to have to spend most of the evening taking their make up, to go to bed early, to get up to do the same thing the next day.

I'll never understand why some in there get so precious over something so trivial as eggs. I know they may eventually have a short food supply, but why get that annoyed this early on, when there's plenty of food? Good luck to the twins eating those warm eggs from the bedroom though. Rather them than me.

They're dull, boring & think far too much of themselves and think that sitting on their bed & having rollers in their hair is entertaining.

Showed their petty nasty side with the eggs, get them out next week I say.

I liked them on day 1, but god they sound thick. Like half that house.

The eggs thing is a non-event. They're all hungry and grumpy. But this series is so dull that even a tiny huff about eggs is worthy of discussion.

This one 100% ^^

I couldn't have put it better myself, they've cracked their chances now, no yoke, they'll be scrambling for the door on Friday and that's my homlets opinion.

There's nothing to them at the moment and I really forget they are on the show. I think the egg incident was the most screen time they ever had.

While i respected the fact they didn't want their eggs used for the cake, it was their shitty attitude towards Joel and the situtation that didn't sit right with me. They made it into something it really wasn't.

I think that's a accurate account of what happen, they are so smug, do nothing, sooner out the better

But, to be fair to the others, the twins dont need to. They will always have each others backs. The other housemates dont have the luxury of having someone theyve known all their lives in there with them and have to try and get along with complete strangers as best they can.

That's what I think. Nearly everyone in the house feels isolated at some point in the process but twins never suffer that feeling because they always have each other. I don't think it's fair that they are there, especially as one housemate. At least if they were separated they would be competing against each other.

I have a feeling that something like that might happen, I know quite a few of us keep saying it's early days yet but it is. They haven't really had a hard task yet none of them, seeing the twins pitted against each other would make great television imo.

BIB. It would be interesting to see how they did react to being treated as seperate housemates. But for that reason they would have to wear name badges so we knew which was which.

The bottom line seems to be that the twins must be in the wrong, in one way or another.

But if HMs in other years would have used the eggs without asking, they'd have been wrong to do so. But also, that suggests that other HMs even in this series might use the eggs without asking, even if not right then for a cake. Taking their share of the eggs could be a reasonable precaution.

Indeed, gggs were already an issue in the house, for some reason. For instance, eggs seemed to feature in whatever problem it was that Harriet had with Adjoa.

They were wrong in how they reacted to Joel's question, yes... They didn`t even ask how many eggs were needed or how many people wanted cake, they just shut him down instantly, then marched off to claim "their" eggs....Even when Jack & Joel both said they hadn`t had any eggs at all, they still felt it was their right to lay claim to them..... The fact that it was a total egg-gate scene, is of course ridiculous (at least to us out here with all our eggs lol) but I still think the twins were very rude the way they dealt with it.

They also have an advantage over the others, in that they can upset the whole house & still have one person to count on. The others don`t have any strong enough bonds (yet) to risk making themself an outsider from the group.

I have watched the last 2 highlight show, where these 2 have had bloody great big rollers in their hair.
Last night I think 1 of them had a bloody great roller in the front, then later they were shown, no rollers and hair straight as a die, can any of the young girls on here explain to an oldie of 54, why,
I am in the better entertainers in there more than them, wouldnt miss them when they go.

I agree. They were so rude. They just basically said no you're not making a cake or words to that effect. They could at least have asked how many people wanted cake. Didn't like them before this but like them even less now!
