Going back over the years, HMs have had to make decisions alone, that would have affected themselves and/or other HMs.

Personally, I think one 'up there' for me was when Josie Gibson, by winning 1st in BB11, was gifted a HM place in the ultimate celebrity BB (fortune teller/tree of temptation) house that immediately followed, but stupidly made the decision to leave (after 3 days) because she felt she 'didn't belong there'

So she left. When, I think she would have sailed through the Ultimate, and won that also.
