I'm really surprised by the fact that Jack is at all popular. He's boring , self serious , whiny and unpleasant. Is it just because he's fat?

I think he deserves a bit more than what he has been given so far. He turned down a lot to stay in the house as well as saving the prize fund. I would feel slightly hard done by if I was him, but, i'm enjoying watching him crack.

you are right, it's simply because he's fat, I predicted he'd be favourite as soon as I saw him and he's extremely boring.

by taking the car he would have lost a crack at the 150k prize. he knew he was fave to win so he didnt give up that much.

Fat and gonky looking, same as Wolfie. People jumped to pity them both, then back pedalled when it became apparent by their behavior and personalities, they arent really very nice or deserving of any pity or sympathy.

Sadly, and I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but their is this misconception with 'big' people as being bubbly inoffensive and funny.....most of the time it's a defensive mechanism/a mask. More often then not you'll find some quick boiling and Moody (not all mind). In my own experience very sudden to be negative and critical towards others too. Again it's just a view but on BB it seems bigger or more earthly types are automatically inoffensive and favoured as they go on a stereotype that usually is heavily backed to win.

It's unjustified imo, he's not showing the best sides of himself imo. And his bitterness at being forced to do the right thing is tarnishing his chances.

Harriet was my fav girl in there.....that's quickly changed. far too erratic, I think the popularity went to her head.

I think the OP title should say... Why WAS Jack so popular.

She was in my top 3 in the first week, she cerainly isn't now that's for sure.

She's totally irrational, can't believe I was so mistaken about her. I don't think being glued to Sarah helps, brings out her negative/argumentative side.
