Hi, ray-don.

It's a shame that newer devices are not suitable for your custom firmware. I'm disabled and the extra accessibility you have provided is a boon and very much appreciated.

I'm sticking to my hdr for now because your bundle makes it so much more usable by me.

I just wanted the than you for your efforts and all the other regulars that contribute to back it up like graham and repassac.

Thanks again.
I just want to whole-heartedly second your post my friend.
I was able to drop Sky's service, which I found overpriced for my purposes, precisely because of ray-don's excellent firmware. I now have a Freesat box which does so much more than my old Sky box; providing modern, network-aware multimedia facilities that supoosedly current boxes dont. The big players, like Sky, want you to watch only what they want and only in the manner they approve and then try to make you pay over the odds for their crippled service. No thanks I say.

So a big thank you to ray-don and to very helpful and knowledgeable contributors like grahamlthompson who always try to respond positively. They are the life-blood of forums like these who absolutely need this kind of input in order to be worthwhile.

As for others, who always seem to have an axe to grind, or a chip on their shoulder and seem to respond to posts in that vein? They should perhaps take a lesson from the more positive posters here?

Regards,
