On live feed Jack was reading a full up Aaron the riot act for leaving food outside telling him he should eat more of it or stuff it in his draws because there are starving people in Africa (not really he was moaning about them in the house) and it's not fair on them (him) to waste it.

And conveniently after hearing that guy shout 'get Jade out' he feels comfortable to let his resentment towards Jade winning the luxury budget come seeping out with his attempt to recruit people against her, because in his eyes she is not 'humble enough' of her great prize and is rubbing it in their faces.
I don't particularly like Jade but it was shady as hell the way he was trying to get people to turn against her.

Jack is horrid. He really has issues. He pretends he doesn't care about the food, but flies into a rage that other people are having what he cant have, showing his true feelings.

Hopefully going cold turkey without junk food will do him good in the end.
