The fact that you put both mother and young child in capital letters kind of implied there might be a criticism there

I'm sure she's sorted out child care or, maybe the Father is looking after HIS child for her duration in the house, I dont get it or see a problem.

So what are you asking Are you merely inviting everyone to agree that she is a mother and a good one

Exactly and some will condemn her and you have facilitated that by asking the question.

Is that the only reason I might have put those words in capital letters?

As capital letters generally indicate shouting I can't think of another one!

This is a forum. I have initiated a topic and I'm gauging opinions.

is a mother with a child a rare thing?

Well, I guess we'll leave that there then.

Unless of course we're all missing the point and her child was concieved by immaculate conception.

But there is no topic, other than that she's a MOTHER. Of a YOUNG child. And that's not even a topic. Just a fact. So do you wish to clarify exactly what the point is and what it is we're meant to opine?

What is your opinion? Let's start there.

Opinions on what? That she is a MOTHER of a YOUNG CHILD?

Okay, I am ambivalent about the fact that Sarah has recently shown that she is fertile and her uterus (and other parts of her anatomy) are fully functioning. I do not think this is a remarkable achievement that needs comment.

Mother's are primary care givers and therefore should stay in regular contact with little Mary-lou whilst Dad stalks the back end of a Bison herd.

If Dad is lost in a forest, or fell down a stake filled Bison trap, or if he's experienced 50,000 years of evolution, then Mum better sharpen her spear.

If she spoke about missing her child all the time the others would use that as a reason to nominate her.

As a mother myself I would never have left my son at that age for 10 weeks but I left him for 8 hours a day throughout his school life while I went to work to support us. Maybe £150k will put Sarah in a position where she doesn't have to that and can be at the school gates every day to meet her child and is going for the short term pain for long term gain option.

So why did you put MOTHER and YOUNG CHILD in capitals in your title?
