Yes HO is Hollyoaks and H&A is Home and Away.

Sylvain is doing very nicely thank you!! He started up last year as a personal trainer & by all accounts seems to be very good at it!! Let's face it, looking at them both, you would probably more likely to opt for Sylvain's expertise than Kal from Corrie if you wanted a PT

On top of that he's just got engaged to one of the world's most beautiful women & is about to become a Dad with her...Go Sylvain!!
