Jade's comment was made PURELY in retaliation to what Eileen said. It was Eileen who was totally in the wrong to come out and spout that crap in the first place. What else did she expect, but then takes on the offended one stance and starts bitching about Jade.

Thanks for posting, I was going to exactly the same.
Well, Eileen just said it sort of in passing. She was really trying to say how hard her second nomination was. I'm not saying she hadn't erred at that point but she can't really be blamed for the way the other HMs fell about laughing. But after the fact she could certainly have showed a little more awareness instead of trying to make out Jade's response was reprehensible.
In Jade's defense, she must have felt very hurt by the comment and laughter, and she reacted. It was a childish retaliation, nothing more. But again, after the fact she tried to make out that only Eileen was to blame. That I can't abide.
We all get swept up in the heat of the moment from time to time. To err is human. Trying to draw a veil over your own mistakes is another thing entirely, and they're both guilty of that. The only thing left to do is sit back and watch. Popcorn, anyone?

Yes, whether she meant it nastily or not she was in the wrong. My point was, making out that she hadn't done anything wrong was very definitely nasty.

Eileen just gets worse - she came across terribly there, the initial comment was unnecessary and then trying to turn it on Jade was very poor. Hopefully most viewers picked up on it
Yeah the way Eileen was going on about it was so laughably lacking in self-awareness, I actually thought for a moment she was talking about her own behaviour and voicing self-disappointment.

) about what Jade had said. Jade was acting like she hadn't done anything wrong in her retelling of the saga to Nick. Yes, they were as bad as each other. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.
